HIPAA Compliant Setting

Secure channels to store and transmission of protected health information.

Vital Importance

Secure channels to store and transmission of protected health information.

Healthcare providers, facilities, hospitals, insurance companies, and medical billing companies acquire and utilize Protected Health Information (PHI), or a patient’s healthcare data during service, care and billing. Majority of healthcare providers begun using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and other digital technologies, it became significant for patient PHI to be protected. In response, the Federal government passes legislation to establish these safeguards, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Considering the sensitivity of data there is, thus, a need to ensure compliance with safeguards to protect private patient data.

As a billing partner, we are under strict obligation to secure the sensitive information of the patients and only authorized personnel can access the Protected Health Information.
